Help with GymRecall

Let’s get your workout memory back on track.

If GymRecall is not working as expected, tell us what happened and we’ll have the context needed to investigate.

What to include in a report

• What you were trying to do, such as save a setup, open history, export data, or save a locker note.
• What you expected and what happened instead, including the exact on-screen error if there was one.
• The iPhone model and iOS version, plus the GymRecall app version if visible in Settings.
• Whether the problem remains after closing and reopening the app. Do not include passwords, locker combinations, or private workout text unless support specifically asks for a safe redacted example.

Before you write

• GymRecall stores workout data, gyms, equipment profiles, memory notes, and locker notes on your device.
• Core logging is designed to work offline. Subscription purchase and entitlement checks use Apple and RevenueCat as described in the Privacy Policy.
• If the issue concerns a purchase, include the Apple subscription product name and the Apple transaction/support context you are comfortable sharing. Never send a receipt token or payment details.

Data safety

Support cannot recover local workout data from a server. If your build exposes an export option and you can open GymRecall, use it before troubleshooting or deleting the app. Locker combinations are never part of an export.
