These plain-language terms govern your use of GymRecall.

1. Using GymRecall

GymRecall is a training-recording tool for people who already know how they train. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping a safe copy of anything important. The app stores its core records locally on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Fitness and medical disclaimer

GymRecall records training. It is not medical advice, coaching advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare or fitness professional. You choose your exercises, loads, technique, and training decisions. Stop when something feels unsafe and seek appropriate professional advice for health questions, injuries, or medical conditions. GymRecall does not warrant any training, strength, health, or fitness outcome.

3. Subscriptions

GymRecall may offer paid Pro features through an auto-renewing subscription. The App Store purchase sheet shows the available product, price, billing period, and offer terms. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Apple, not GymRecall, manages billing, cancellation, and payment processing. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Use Restore Purchases in GymRecall to restore an eligible purchase on the device. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies; GymRecall does not issue App Store refunds.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. Subscription entitlement does not make your local training data inaccessible; local data remains subject to the app’s current storage and export behaviour. We may update these terms when the service or its legal requirements change.

5. Acceptable use

Use GymRecall lawfully and do not interfere with the app, its security, or another person’s use of it. Do not use the app to store information you are not permitted to possess or share.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GymRecall is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You use the app at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Apple’s licence terms

GymRecall is distributed through the App Store and is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms sit alongside that licence and describe how the service works. Where the two conflict on the licence itself, Apple’s agreement applies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you use GymRecall as a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live, and nothing here removes your statutory rights.
